Krizevci Crested Hen

This Croatian breed is extremely rare. It was developed in the 1980s by crossing Orpington males onto a local race of crested, medium-sized fowl from the Kalnik hills in Croatia.

The roosters weigh 4 kg and the hens 2.5-3 kg.
